re-wire: Friday Open Studio

Year 1 of a 2-year program of artist-led, community-based master planning for the former Gilbert & Bennett wire mill campus, a 56-acre site in Georgetown village, Town of Redding, in northern Fairfield County. Programming included student internships on art, architecture, environment, and community development in partnership with Redding and Region 9 Public School District, CT (2013, 2014); funding from the State of Connecticut, Department of Economic and Community Development; with the Connecticut Trust for Historic Preservation; fiscal sponsorship provided by New York Foundation for the Arts.
